Horrible customer service. I was accused of “putting something in my bag” without any source of proof and was asked to open my bag before checking out. He said he would not apologize if I opened my bag and he was wrong about the accusation. Was told we are not welcome back in the store. I was likely racially profiled as soon as I walked in the store. Never have I ever experienced this kind of treatment, especially while the world is so vulnerable with these current issues. Would not recommend.

Great place large variety of cigars and other tobacco products. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. If they don't carry what you are looking for, just let them know. They will be happy to order some for you or carry them the next time you come in.
