I went in with zero knowledge of the product I was purchasing. The gentleman that help me was very professional and courteous he took the time to describe the differences in the products that he showed me. I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase. The customer service stuck here every single time. I kept going here because of how close it is to my house. But now I'd just rather drive a longer distance so I can avoid this place. The guy claiming to be manager last Saturday was a jerk. I've bought two products here and they both broke within two weeks. No returns accepted.

I had 4 total visits there. I spent an average of 65.00 a visit. Advice to staff: Learn to say thank you when customers spend money there. Basic customer service. I will not be returning.
