The store manager is very nice and helped me when I had an issue. Most of the people who work here are very helpful and respectful. They have a large selection of glass and hand pipes and the store is very clean and organized and easy to shop in. If they don’t have something you want in stock they make a good effort to get whatever product you are looking for and make sure they have it next time you come. They even have called me when I left my number for something I wanted special ordered! Most smoke shops around Houston wouldn’t make that much of an effort! Excellent customer service!

This shop is huge and has a lot of stuff to choose from no matter what you’re looking for they will have an answer and everyone is always very helpful and will explain things that you may not understand what they are for or how they work. The employees are very respectful and polite. I love coming in there and seeing all their smiling faces!

This is a very nice and large shop with a large variety and selection and very clean too. The employees are always very nice and helpful. I drive pretty far just to come to this shop because the shops by me are not as nice and friendly as this one is!

This place rocks!!!! Beautiful shop!!! The lady that is always there named christy is very nice and always makes you laugh! I come in a lot because I break a lot of my hand pipes and she always picks out ones for me like she knew exactly what I like and want! I love this shop and all the people who work there. The hand pipe selection is huge and always looks nice and organized.
