The staff is very helpful. I was thinking about vaping in September and they helped me get set up. Today, I had a problem changing the coil, and a staff that I hadn't seen before showed me how to do that correctly. I was even allowed to video the process for self help. Then as I was leaving he told me to come back anytime if I needed any more help.

Elements 300 papers, RAW unperforated tips, and a 99 cent pack of Swishers cigarillos for $14. WAY TOO OVERPRICED. I would've spent less than $10 on that in any other smoke shop
