Heights Head Smoke Shop on 6412 N Main St

The first time I went, I told them I wanted to grab the Grab medium water pipe they had but would be back the following Tuesday when I got paid. The original time, the guy behind the counter was acting as though he was the owner, being really polite even to give me his card. However, when I returned to purchase the piece a few days later, the guy didn't say a word to me. I asked for a banger in order to hit dabs and he sold me a piece that didn't work with the piece purchased. he treated me as though he was so much more knowledgeable and I was am idiot. I wish the girl with dreads was still there

Like someone else said, the guy does seem kinda rude. But I totally understand why he would feel impatient, especially if he’s had so many bad experiences with buyers. I had an overall amazing experience and I recommend buying here. Prices are retail, so you have cheaper options. But I had a pretty good time. Thanks guys.

First time here The guy who attended us was kinda rude... he was polite in his wording but his facial expressions showed different .. like he didn’t want us to be there...or Either he was unhappy to be there ... either way he has a poor Customer service

Stopped in to ask about a couple things and Colby was more than happy to help with my inquiries. Another couple came in while I was there and he was very helpful to them as well including giving them a little gift to show appreciation for their patronage. I also was given a token of appreciation. Super cool dude, my husband and I will definitely stop by again soon!
