Huge shop! Open 24 hours so if you're in Houston you always have them as an option. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Prices seem to be competitive. Update: Took product and it didn't work. They also have a strict no returns policy. $65 bucks wasted! No bueno. Demoting to 2 stars.

The new renovation , latest toys, and The ambiance of this place has now made me say Ahhhhhh yes , exactly what the doctor ordered for all your fantasies and desires. I left as a satisfied customer and will be back .

Absolutely horrible experience for the minute I walked in the door. The one star is only because I can't give it a negative 0 There was an older black gentleman behind the counter with an extreme attitude. Not only did I see him be extremely rude to the only other employee there but he was rather short sarcastic and insulting to both me and my husband. When I went to ask him a question about a product he gave me the most smartass rude answer about how I could just go look at the racks he wasn't The Wizard of Oz I laughed it off and asked him if it was the end of his shift and which case he replied nope he was just there to make sure he wasn't homeless I told him that I hoped his night got better and he told me yeah as long as no more obnoxious customers come in I have never been to any stores like this and receive such horrible treatment go anywhere else in Houston and you will find better customer service happier employees, for god sakes your job is to sell dildos lingerie and fetish stuff how hard is your life who wouldn't enjoy something so simple this guy needs to get the chip off his shoulder and the stick out of his ass because I'll never buy from this company again and I highly suggest you don't give them your business either
