My father, William Judson Robertson, recently passed away in Groveton, Texas. The Groveton Floral Company provided most of the floral arrangements for the services and their work was beautiful and so very appropriate for the occasion. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone when I ordered the flowers was extremely helpful and most kind to me. I called to place an order from my flower shop and the guy who answered called me rude for not wanting to give out my customers personal information. He said “I just don’t understand you people!!” I’m sorry, but you don’t talk to people like that especially when you’re taking their money. Talk about RUDE. If I wasn’t desperate I would’ve gone somewhere else. Will not call this jackass again
