We didn't even know this store existed until today when I searched online for a tobacco shop nearby. Called them with a special request and both the clerk and the manager went above and beyond to help us out. Their kindness, patience and understanding has definitely earned them two new loyal customers. Two thumbs up guys!

Bought a torch light that was on the “higher” end since the first one bought was a dud. Then came back 2 days later since the new “better” quality torch lighter started leaking and burned me. I let the employee working the desk who’s always on the phone playing games know, and he takes a look at almost get’s burned HIMSELF. Only to tell me the best he can do is give me 20% if I wanted to buy another one.... Better Business Bureau here I come! (:

Yes again, I go in and go to purchase two packs of myBlu pods. The owner was there, and tried to ring up the pods at the KIT PRICE of 9.99 each package. I then pointed out that the kits were 9.99 and the pods were 7.99 each and then additional $4 off because I was purchasing two packs. He stated that the 7.99 was the special price so I refused to buy while he was there. This place is a rip-off Everytime.

I came in here looking for a few good cigars while I was attending an event at Lone Star Park, and got a great deal on a sampler pack. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and I will remember this place next time I need good cigars and good service.
