Went here after getting bad service at other place. Much more comfortable. It's a smoke shop ONLY. Lady behind the counter was very pleasant with excellent customer service skills. I will definitely be coming here from now on.

Shop here all the time, highly recommend shopping when the owner and younger male is working because the lady that works there is extremely rude, doesn't greet customers and is really strict. Me and my girlfriend shop there almost every other day and only go in when the owner and younger male is working, they carry everything we need and provide good customer service, except the older lady, do not recommend her at all. SHE IS REALLY RUDE. I also experienced an issue with the vapor devices I purchased and came back to get it resolved. As I was speaking with the owner, the lady rudely spoke over our convo and told me to let him speak in a very loud and disrespectful manner. The owner made a joke about charging me for the replacement devices, which he did take care of me, the young lady proceeded to say yes we should charge him an extra $50, I completely ignored her as she was irrelevant to the conversation between me and the owner. I also covered my face with my tshirt due to me not having a mask at the time. Everytime I come into the store she is always looking at me in a rude way or is making jokes that aren't funny. I only shop when the owner and younger male is working. She also has joked about refusing a sale to my girlfriend because she is born in 99. She always IDs knowing we are regulars and dont recommend her service AT ALL.

Everyone is so helpful. Amazing customer service. The older Indian gentleman was very knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely recommend. Always come here for any of my needs
