Their was a lady there and she was very polite. My 5 stars doesn't come down to the service though but from the overall environment,cleanliness, and organization of the place. It was easy to find stuff, also a huge selection. Very good place to check out with good prices.!

Wonderful store. Store clerk at Nirvana Smoke Shop near by told me to go to The Wild Side even gave me directions . Very Nice Lady helped me. Her recommended product worked great! She was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will not go anywhere else now.

My boyfriend bought what were supposed to be two new fully charged batteries. I put them in my new mod, and they were less than a quarter of the way charged. I called, calmly, and the woman said that all of the batteries are nearly dead when sold. Even if brand new. I've never had this experience before, and will never spend my money here again due to the rudeness I experienced on the phone.
