The staff here is always very welcoming and ready to help the customer find what they need! One of their staff members, Mandy, is especially helpful and fun to talk to! Feels kinda like a second home sometimes

This is the absolute WORST place!!! The "GM" tried to rip me off because they couldn't get their registers to match at the end of a shift. I have never dealt with such unprofessional or dishonest people in my life! Funny that they claim to not do returns or exchanges, however, if they can't get their numbers to match at the end of the day, THEY will demand a customer come back and fix THEIR error. I have never dealt with more unprofessional people in my life. What's funny, is that I USE to spend around $600/mo on kratom (due to a back injury). I will NEVER give this place my business again. Talk about unappreciative and disorganized! That is NO way to run a business! Texoma Tobacco, here I come!

Everyone here is extremely helpful and friendly. They do sometimes have issues running out of product. However if you are a regular customer they really try to ensure they stock/order your products. The 5 star app also a great incentive with the discounts available.
