Great staff and selection. The 12ct Kratom capsules are half a gram, I'd recommend Red Bali for more relaxed

Staff was friendly when helping me select a vape pen, but when it broke less than a week later they would not even let me do an even exchange, and this was after misdiagnosing the problem and spending more money in the store. And this was a $10 item...horrible customer service.

Everyone here is awesome! I usually spend most my time talkin to the awesome people. Never felt unwanted there like I have at other locations. Just wish they had a bit wider selection of kratom products, for perhaps a bit more adjusted price. But the employees A++.

I've grown up in Austin and until now always liked planet K. But this location is like a cult. They clearly don't care about anything, think everything is a conspiracy and are disrespectful to anybody shopping there. I've gotten such a weird vibe that I won't go to this location. Beware everything is over priced and they don't "believe in" wearing masks or the pandemic. Hide yo kids hide ya family!

Such a great store it has everything and more if you smoke or need to get cleaned for a test. The employees are so friendly and helpful. The store is must stop If you like mistic kind of stuff. They even have adult toys for sell. A really complete store with a lot to offer.
