Don't waste your money buying their online merch. but you probably already knew that and came here to see us expose these disgraceful people. The owner is extremely sleazy and ignorant, the two employees that were dragged down too are lazy and confrontational but "trying their best." Bedford will be better off as soon as the owner is ready to free up that hideous building, so it can be painted to a more pleasant color.

Seen a motorcycle pull up at one unlocking the doors and I asked if they were open as he was unlocking with his motorcycle helmet on. He replied with a mean attitude and I replied. I'm asking because it looks closed and it's 1 o'clock... he then used hand gestures F off. Sorry dude. I own a business and I open it at a certain time. So I will not plan to visit them. Ever again.

NOT EVEN A REAL BUSINESS. ZERO STARS. I drove by during their hours of operation--it had the open sign lit up--but doors were locked. So I went about my errands in the area. I called and called with no answer to see if they were back and after 30 min they answer and say come on over so I do and SUPRISE locked again. I am about to get in my car and leave when a guy in dreadlocks shows up on a bike. I ask him whether he works there and he said "sometimes" then unlocks the door and goes in. This "shop" is the biggest joke in the HEB area and the business owner needs to get off the drugs and figure their crap out or close down.

My problem is the quality of the portable dry herb vaporizer they carry and that I should not have purchased. It is a worthless piece of crap and is now in the trash. There are others out there that actually work. Do your research before buying. There are no refunds on purchases here. Thanks for wasting my $80, Labyrinth! Please carry products that work, especially if there is a no refund policy.
