My other local go to smoke shop. Class act. 2 miles from my house. Talked to Kim 6-3-2018 very helpful answered my ?'s about regular pipe tobacco. Their in process of remodeling the store. Kudos ,wtg , refresh , renew the store .Yall been here long time b 4 2000 I think . Ok nxt kudo goes to Daniel and Crystal (givem a raise) good customer service skills . He answered my questions . thx. Great people here . Only been once but the guys in there were cool and let me look at all the glass I wanted to until I found something I was happy with. Not a huge selection but there is quality glass there.

I went in the store today for the first time. Upon getting home i opened the packaging and saw that the item I bought was broken. I called the store and talked to three different people who all told me they won't exchange the item. The store was set up perfect. Everything was easy to find. Staff was wonderful & helpful in store. Ill be back, but really upset about their no exchange policy.

I used to shop here for REAL cigars (not cigars used to roll other items), but the quality of staff went WAY down. It seems as though the last time I went inside this place, it reaked of marijuana and the staff was so high, that they couldn't even help me. This place needs to seriously consider its way hiring (and FIRING) of employees because they have lost my business. I know shop at another cigar retail shop called Gas Pipe in Arlington for all of my cigar needs. The staff there is nice and they aren't so blown out of their mind as to help customers.

I went in today to purchase a hookah. Their customer service was very poor, actually I was the only customer in the store. Prices were unreasonable for their sizes of hookah. I decided to head over to 3D smoke shop afterwards. Not only did I get a cheaper hookah but I bigger one aswell. Also, they gave me a sample of tobacco and threw in the case for free. Good luck in staying in business guys, it's a competitive market!
