I bought a glass pipe here and the attendant was very helpful and he was nice. The pipe is wonderful.

Just went in to buy a slime pen. They didn't have many colors to choose from, so I picked from what I saw in the display case even though I didn't like the options. After checking out, I went around a corner and saw several more slime pens in other colors that weren't displayed with the others I had seen. When I asked if I could swap out the one I just purchased for a different color, I was told that "well, we can, but we'd have to redo in the computer system and everything like that because it has a different serial number". And then he just stood there staring at me waiting for me to leave.... I was going to ask about the price of another product, as well, and potentially make a second purchase. But this interaction was so rude and off-putting that I just decided to leave at that point. Do a better job of displaying what products you have and work on your customer service. Don't tell a customer "yeah, we are able to do that for you, but I don't want to because it's too much of a hastel." I come here on a weekly basis, but I won't be back after this experience. There are cheaper places in town that are actually polite to their customers.

came here for hookah but need to improve hookah quality otherwiseits not worth it.....staff is nice ...service good
