They sold us the wrong type of pens and don't accept returns. If you don't accept returns then maybe you should help your customer figure out what they need instead of just selling them whatever is popular or on sale. Now we have two pens we can't use. P.S. I did not ask for a wax pen. I didn't even know there was such a thing. What I had asked for was a dap pen. When I searched for dap pens online I got results for all kinds of pens. Next time you should help your customer figure out what they need. You should also edit your website to not say you accept returns.

I’d give it 5 stars but the hours are awful I feel like they’re always open on their own time. And they don’t take cash, other than that the store is awesome they have all vaporizer and headshop needs.
