The employees and the owner are all very helpful and listen to what you want. They have never overcharged me or made me go outside my budget. I have gone to other places and they are way overpriced!

Helpful, friendly staff. Shop gets 2 stars for the lack of roll your own supplies, and their prices. $4.00 for a box of tubes that retail for $1.99 everywhere else.

NEVER SHOP HERE!!!! Bought a piece for $150, I get home and sit on the table and the joint broke off like it. Very thin glass. They sell fake name brand and over charge for it. Very dirty business. I tried to return it and or exchange it and was talked down to like I was stupid by a very shitty store clerk. I've bought plenty of pieces and know what I'm talking about, his complete disregard to everything I told him was ridiculous. I've spent plenty of hard earned money at this shop and they can't even help me out. You guys suck. NEVER SHOP HERE!!!!!!!

Bought a 149.99 $ AtmosRAW that does not work. Owner, Omar, sad to call manufacture , its not his problem. Manufacturer told me to return the defective product to authorized dealer. Now im out 150$. Will never return or recommend. Buyers beware', all sails final, regardless of satisfaction or product performance!
