This is a great smoke shop! I have had several good experience here but I can not hold my tongue on this one. My girlfriend and I went to unique the other day for a simple purchase. The young guy with glassses that was "helping" us was incredibly rude. They clearly had a great selection of water pipes but the guy that was assisting us was totally incompetent. While he was showing us their merchandise he was audibly complaining about other customers in the store. I understand not being totally stoked about customers behavior but this was really unprofessional. He was not able to answer most of our questions and kept asking other employees the same questions we were asking him like he didn't know anything. While he was not overtly rude to us, his inconsiderate behavior to us and the other customers was shocking. My friends shared my complaints about this specific staff member and we would rather go to the other stores than deal with him. If you enjoy Unique I would recommend their other store in Okatie. On the off chance that you go in on his day on, you will not have a good experience.

I love this store! Great atmosphere as soon as you walk in. The staff is always inviting and courteous and you never have to wait long before someone is offering their help. The people behind the counter are always warm and knowledgeable so feel free to walk in without doing your own research. They've always got great suggestions for people that aren't 100 percent sure as to what they want. I can't recommend Unique Expressions enough!

Chris and Theresa run a high quality smoking accessories establishment. Always rotating product keeps the store interesting and fresh. It's my favorite place in bluffton. Great pricing and quality kratom product. Tell your friends, you won't regret it.
