just needed a simple $5 item. decided to just look around. the music playing was my favorite artist. was only asked once if i needed help so the staff was friendly and not too pushy. couldn't find my item so i asked and was given excellent help and they didn't try to up-sell me anything. very enjoyable experience.

I always have an amazing experience when I go to Purple Haze. I was very knowledgeable when I asked questions and they always give me answers that I can understand. They're always very helpful and always making sure that you walk away a happy customer and very pleased with your product. I spent 20 minutes trying to figure out which product I wanted and the young lady behind the counter was extremely helpful and patient with me as I made my choice on the product in which I was buying. Always my number one choice for my smokeing needs. Purple haze is the best!

Was sitting outside for 30 whole mins bc there was a sign saying be back soon. Think they don’t know the meaning of the word soon. Very unprofessional in the middle of the work day as well to be this way. First and last experience there STAY AWAY

Another amazing shop by The Original Purple Haze!!! I don't see how anyone can compete with them since they have the best quality, best prices, best staff & more locations than ANY other shop around! Funny how the negative reviews are from people who don't know how to handle/ take care of their stuff. Friendliest and most knowledgeable staff, by far!!!
