The owners didn't realize I am fluent in their language thanks to a childhood friend. I kindly walked out without making the gift purchase I was there to make for an upcoming family member's birthday. The owner wasn't happy that I wasted 5 minutes of his time to locate an item that every "brainless customer of theirs" shopping there could find. He told the person he was on phone with that he wouldn't be doing this if he wasn't making more than $600,000 a year that he could hide. He didn't know that I could understand every word. I simply walked out.

Great selection of cigars. Every once in a while they'll surprise you with a few unicorns. Their prices are reasonable. I always stop here going to work

I enjoy going to this shop. They have a nice selection on cigars. The owner is attentive and seems to know what his customers like. If he sees you in the humidor pondering, he will ask if he can help. Not to mention, if he sees you in public, he will go out of his way to speak to you. This to me has become a neighborhood shop. You could probably order in bulk online for cheaper but I choose to support my local shops.

I've been going to this place for years. Harry and his wife are some of the nicest people I have ever dealt with. They have a great selection of products and are reasonably priced. I think the people who are giving bad reviews just haven't been there enough to get to know the owners. Yes, Harry has some hearing issues and may not understand what you're saying at times.....that doesn't make him rude or a bad person!
