Terrible customer service over the phone I called in to ask if they carried the vape I have and the first time she couldn’t understand me so she told me she wasn’t gonna waste her time looking for it so after I explained exactly what I had she continued to tell me yet again I'm not sure what you’re talking about so I’m not going to waste my time looking for it. It’s sad you can’t even try to help a customer over the phone especially when you’re the only shop within 30 miles. Very rude very arrogant I highly recommend going to another shop customer service was nonexistent

They have stolen $200 out of bank account on March 17 2020. I have yet to be compensated on April 1st. I have filed a police report.I will update when they respond.

They have a lot of variety of products. The man at register is fast, even to fast, doesn't give enough time to look around or look at a particular product. He also needs to speak better english.
