Original Purple Haze on 1698 Old Towne Rd

I use to love this location, even continued to drive here after I moved across town , but got tired of running into to “be back in 10 min” sign at random times after driving 20 mins to get here in the first place . Love the store though .

The customer service was mediocre; very little product inside the store. Doesn’t provide much information to new patrons. Can definitely do better.

Great customer service. As I walked up to my apartment to cristen my new glass, the manufacturer's packaging opened up and shot my water pipe out at 100 mph. It was at this moment that the whole family next door witnessed poor old me holding a smashed water pipe with a single tear rolling down my check. I immediately hopped in my car to go buy another with no expectation of a bad luck return policy. Not only did they get me a new piece, but slides too. I was so happy I bought a vape too. I wish I could give 6 stars

The staff are friendly and have good knowledge of the products they sell. Just remember, all the smoking products they carry are for 'Tobacco' only ha ha. I've been to this location and the one in Mount Pleasant. Both are great

Amazing shop! Very good prices, nice & helpful staff and the best selection in the state!! The guy helping me was very attentive as soon as I walked in the door and he answered all of my questions and helped me find the right water pipe for my needs. These negative reviews are either talking about another shop or they are simply idiots. My experience was NOTHING like what some of these other reviews claim. And the idea of them being expensive?! They have the best prices around!!! You either don't know what you're talking about or you're buying counterfeit (FAKE) glass from other places.

I'm from outta state and Down here for some R&R I've been a huge fan of glass for a verylong time so when I go out of town for a holiday I try to find glass shops in the area this one was the closest one to my hotel. this time I was shopping for my dad and wanted to get him something unique and man did I got the nail on the head! the dude with dreads was working super nice cat! didn't treat me like an out of towner and let me browse without constantly being over my shoulder watching me make a long story short found an awesome! honeycomb dry headpiece thank you agian ! go here you won't be disappointed
