I walked in the store on Knox Abbott dr. and the young lady greeted me and was very pleasant. I have been in the store before and had great service. I told her I was looking for an atomizer for my Kind Pen. She said they do not sell the Kind Pen but she had one that would fit. She said the greedy product would definitely fit my Kind Pen. She pulled up my pen on the computer and showed me the size. It was $39.99 so again, I asked if she was sure and she said yes, so I made the purchase on her recommendation. Well guess what it would not fit my pen. It would not even reach the part to screw on to, so I returned to the store to return the item. I was met by Fred who immediately said that he accepts no returns. I asked if I could explain my situation and maybe he would change his mind due to the circumstances. After I told him the young lady said it would deffenatly fit my pen, he said it was not his problem once it leaves the store it was mine. He was very rude and would not even consider the refund. I ask to speak to his boss and he said he was in charge and that's it. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I am requesting that the owners or someone a little higher up the Fred could reach out to me and discuss this like rachinal adults. Please leave a response if you would like to speak with me. I walked in and got turned away at 9:50 even though they close 10:00. So while I sat in my car looking for another place to buy CBD, the girl behind the register just chatted it up with her boyfriend inside the shop. Guess I won't be sleeping very well tonight without my sleep meds. I recommend a much friendlier experience down at Green Mist.

Bought a grinder, not even 2 weeks later not working anymore. The teeth on the inside broke, talked to an employee and was told all sales were final. Will never buy from this store again.
