Went in to buy a simple vap pen. Sales lady sold me one. No cash register receipt. Got home used pen. Everything great. Charged pen. Got up to go to work and when I went to use pen. Nothing. Would not keep a charge. Went to store one week later ( when I had a day off) and salesman would not give me the time of day. Said no refunds. Did not even attempt to look at pen. Did not offer me store credit. Nothing. Very rude.

Very friendly environment but the worker that made buying things easier and helped explain so much no longer works there. I only came in when Courtney was working, probably won’t come back without her there! hire her back!!

love love love this place, courtney has been one of my favorites so far and now i think she’s gone😢 i really enjoyed having her bubbly personality and how she helped me find what was really right for me!

I had a "vaping emergency" yesterday morning. After work I rushed over to buy a new mod. Matt took the time to get what I needed and recommended a mod that was perfect. Refreshingly enough, he didn't try to sell me the most expensive one saving me a ton of money. I have been buying juice and coils here for quite a while and now definately have made it my go to place. Thanks Matt for going over and above what on your customer service could have been. You're awesome.
