This shop is dishonest. They quote a price and charge you $10-20 extra once you check out. I know the price was wrong. I will never go back. Male employee was too busy huffing and puffing his smoke and making extra free cash.

Used to get good customer service, not anymore! What happened to Kaitlin? She was so helpful and friendly! New manager not so much....I think I'll go elsewhere for my vaping needs. This place hardly worth the aggravation! Non existent customer service.

Wish the woman i dealt with had more knowledge about vapes and vape juice. I was trying to pick out a new juice and she seemed more interested in getting me in and out the store rather than actually helping me find something. I think ill just stick with dab city in lexington.

Staff tries to offer their best assistance to ensure you enjoy your visit. Ask for Kaitlyn she's extremely helpful plus a great upbeat attitude that will make you want to come back.
