Excellent ice cream, one of the best in the area - especially pistachio and great sorbet as well as coffee. Lovely place to sit outdoors or indoors . Charming ambiance and friendly ,great service ! Yummy baked goods and unique gifts , household kitchen ware. Highly recommend to visit and enjoy !

The Val David General store offers a wide array of products for the home from decor, to tableware, to plant pots. It's a great place to go if you are looking to buy a gift due to the wide selection and reasonable prices. There's something for everyone! They even have a cafe by the back of the store offering all the usual fare from hot and cold coffees to lemonades and sweets. We stopped by on a day trip to the village to enjoy an iced latte on the terrace. They have a very well indicated covid-19 scheme and were taking all the correct precautions (masks, hand sanitizer, cleaning between clients).
