In Québec City only for the morning, arrived at 9am so excited. Waited the 30 minutes for them to open them waited longer. 9:45 I gave up waiting and we went for breakfast. Came back and finally open walked in and I was in my glory. Was looking to spend lots. Lady was on the phone and so I started looking behind the curtains. Then she came out and I started asking her for the things I wanted to buy but she was extremely rude to me. I asked for papers and I was having fun deciding and was going to buy one of each but it was obvious I was bothering the lady so I only bought one pack of papers and a roller. As I was paying I asked about the cost of vapes and she only gave the range of prices. I then finished paying and walked right out. I have NEVER left a place so disappointed. They will never have my business ever again.
