I would give a - if I could. At the parts desk for cars , not only did they give us the wrong rotor TWICE. They even had the gall to state that no one around ( CT ) had these. We called Granby and they had a whole bunch in stock NO PROBLEM. I actually called CT cowansville back with the number and NOW they had the part in stock. When I told them who I was I got the immediate, YOU gave us the wrong information. Like WE do not know what kind of vehicle we drive. Not to mention I looked at the screen and saw the correct information. When your coworkers in Granby can tell us that you have this in stock but you can only find it because I gave you the right information. Not only that. When we paid it was an immediate thing BUT because we needed to return the parts it takes CT 2 days to refund the money on the CC. All around bad service CT cowansville.

The COVID setup is kind of complicated especially to get to the car service section, but friendly staff and good service.

Usually find what I need. Good location. The "pro" shop is a bit of a stretch.

Such great service! We are from NY and were looking for replacement parts for our RV. The helpful salesman took us to the correct isle and then returned to see if we needed anything else. The store has everything! Very friendly and helpful!

Our trailer broke down on the side of the highway when traveling to Ontario from New Brunswick. The guys here fixed my trailer and also checked to make sure I wasnt going to breakdown again. It was amazing how awesome and helpful the guys in the shop were. Thank you for your help even with the language barrier they made my experience here a great one!! Thank you!!

I had a tire fail on the Saturday afternoon of a holiday long weekend while I was 600km from home. They promised to help me and called a mechanic to come back in even though he was off duty. They got me safely back on the road and saved me being stranded for three days. I speak minimal French but we figured it out, they were incredibly helpful and pleasant.

Very helpful staff. With a breakdown on the side of the highway a tow to CT was necessary. As an anglophone that knows very little french, I was worried that communication would be difficult, but everyone I dealt with was very patient and willing to help as much as possible. All said and done they got me on my way.

Just checking on the shop after a sign that says liquidation. Discoved that, the liquidation is just a joke. Nothing worthy .Prices are more expensive than Ottawa
