Polite and knowledgeable staff that will spend as much time with you as necessary. Even for relatively minor purchases the staff has gone to great lengths to describe the product as accurately and fairly as possible. Highly recommend the shop, by far the best on the South Shore especially in terms of customer service.They also tend to be more competitive in terms of pricing which is also a huge plus. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would.

Lots of equipment made from low-quality plastics. Two bongs I bought there broke in pieces when I was cleaning them. Lots of useless products as well. Won't be returning for sure. Crappy store.

this is the place to go to for all your smoking needs ! Accessories...great cigars ... cool staff, and that “Angel manager” Mick I feel at home when I go see them for my cigars, always so welcoming I sometimes stop in just to get a breath of positivity!!! Keep it up guys 🤟🏾🔥🙏🏾

Best, biggest and most chill smoke shop that I’ve been to. Their staff have certain specialties that allow them to give advice on any smoker type (dabs, rollers, bongs). Jodie helped us out and delivered exceptional service! We will be back if we ever need anything in Montreal.
