Well the first time I went in here I was amazed at how much stuff they had. The second time I went in I was amazed at how much stuff they had and I still didn't get to look at everything. And I found out on the second trip that there's a return customer percentage off that's really awesome way to say thank you to their customers and they do layaway. Really awesome customer service I believe you can make payments on your layaway over the phone too pretty sure about that some places don't do that but I'm pretty sure this place does everybody in there was just really really really awesome really happy with the pen that I bought there ..... In fact I'm very happy with all the products that I bought at this wonderful little store well it's wonderful little big store cuz they have a lot of stuff wow amazing everything they have They just you just can't see everything there's just no way it's just so much stuff very nice stuff too.

The owner is an absolute peach! All of the staff is friendly and super helpful. I've been to multiple vape shops (not Primal), and wasted tons of money. After one trip to Primal, I quit smoking cigarettes and I haven't touched the things in a month! (I smoked for over 20 years so if I can do it, you can too.) These folks know their stuff. FIVE STARS lol For real though; I'll never go anywhere else. Primal customer for life right here.
