Super helpful dudes. Super cool shop that has most if not all of your possible needs a d then some. Little over priced, but was worth it for the grinder I got... it is pretty nice and works well. I'll be back time I'm in state.

They guy working the counter could benefit some product knowledge. I felt like he was just going through the motions. Didn't say anything because he could be new and everyone has to start somewhere.

NEVER SHOP AT THIS STORE! WORST DISPLAY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN. I brought an item back that I purchased and the manager refused to take an exchange, even though there was a sign on the register that said they take exchanges up to 72 hours of purchase. I argued my case to the manager and he simply said I'm not scanning those due to the fact that I had multiple products to exchange. I looked over at one of the other employees and she was shaking her head in disbelief that he wouldn't make the exchange (of course she couldn't do anything about it cause he was the manager). Truly embarrassing and I will make sure that I never take my money there again and I recommend that no one else does either. Exscape is much more fairly priced anyway and the guys working there are much more friendly and knowledgable than the loser manager at Illadelph.

Hi do you have those glass bulls at your store? The ones that are shaped like different things? Like dragons or something of the sort? My friend asked me to do some research and figure out where she can buy a bull to smoke out of. She wants one that is small and not too big.
