When I think of customer service, I think of this place. I went here with 0 expectations and was simply blown out of the water by the level of customer service I received. Even being from out of town, when I come back to Phoenixville, this will be a destination I will make time for even if I don't have intentions of making a purchase. The atmosphere, the product availability, and the customer service - all top notch.

Had a custom Philadelphia Flyers style 14 mm slide made by Dave and it is simply amazing! The work is very clean and matches the piece I bought it for perfectly. The shop has awesome selection and deals on rigs/pendants/cap combos. Definitely worth a stop in for anything you may be looking for. Keep it up over there guys, and thanks a bunch Dave!

Always friendly and great prices. They also have some very unique glass work. Dave the owner also blew me a custom flyers bowl, for a great price.

OMG!!! I just got two custom ordered pieces and I love them just as much as the last five glass pipes I have got. Great Art work Great Artist. It feels like I have a personal glass blower. Every product is unique and well made, and the owner is very knowledgeable. Ive bought several pieces of glass work here, and each one has performed beyond my expectations, and they're beautiful as well. 5/5, I definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for new glass.
