Went to this store right before closing at 6:30pm I left the store and forgot my wallet near the hookah. By the time I realize it the store was already closed for the evening I had to wait until 10am following day. I called they told me another man said it was his and they just handed it to him without verifying it was actually his. I mean what type of business just hands over valuable possessions without making sure it's actually theirs. I asked him may I see the cameras he said what will that do for you how will that help he's already gone. I said yeah because of you guys negligence then he stated well I don't how that will help though. I asked what would you do if someone stole from the store? he got quiet So I stated you should call the cops and run back the camera to show the police a picture of his face because that's called theft and unlawful taking he hung up.

ALWAYS friendly. Make u feel super comfortable. They let u try many new vape flavors and they dont make u feel rushed. I highly recommend this store!

Terrible customer service as far as standing by what they sell. Bought smoke resa stick from here. Was informed by Bill that it was one of the best vape sticks out with new mesh coils. He told me it can be Vaped all day as a regular device. It burned up 5 mesh coils in less than week. Returned to store 3x's for problem and they just give you the run-a-round. Told me to vape regular coils on it. I bought the device because it had the new mesh coils per Bill at shop. Get bent JJ's!
