I bought a BBtank key box battery and has a usb cord to it. I tried to return it and had the receipt and the packaging. I bought it on 9/27 when I was last in town. I asked to exchange or return my money. He particularly pushed me out the door. He was waving me out. He didn’t want to help me at all. I left 1 Star because I can’t leave anything less. There was another customer in the store trying to convince the man to Help me. He didn’t even want to hear what she had to say. Please use caution any Vap products. He doesn’t stand by them even if they was defective. I was so shock how rude and unprofessional this man was.
