After waiting for at least 15 minutes with NO greeting what so ever. I had to stand in the lobby being ignored while staff chit chatted to other customers about “bongs” (which is illegal wording to use in a smokers shop). I asked several times politely if I could get serviced and was completely ignored. By the third time I said something the staff said “I thought you were together” when she greeted both of the other customers that were actually together and held a conversation with them and only them for the following 15 minutes. I’ve been here before and have NEVER had someone so rude working there. You need to teach your staff how to properly greet customers.

Love this place. Great selection, friendly, chill atmosphere. Knowledgeable & helpful staff. Highly recommend. You should definitely stop in and have a look around.

Very nice store to shop at staff is very knowledgeable of their products and is willing to really go over things with customers. Definitely highly recommend this place for all of your vaping needs!
