Great customer service. Super easy shopping experience. I went in confused on what down stem to get and hey helped me figure out what size it was. Super patient and nice. Good selection. Offered for me to bring in my bong dirty or clean to help me figure out the size! Offered me an exchange guarantee. Very happy with my experience.

Pype's Palace on 4760 North Lombard Street

I LOVE THIS PLSCE!! The only reason why I didn't give it a soild five stars is because it doesn't have great parking, it's mostly street parking. Other than that it's a great mom and pop shop with unique pieces and fair prices. The staff is so helpful. I would always stop here first when looking for a new piece.

Huge supply, nice staff, good deals. Really nice selection of glass smoking accessories and incense sticks, the good hand-rolled ones from India. All of the different incense sticks really make the place smell good when you walk in. Next door to Portland Pot Shop, so convenient location.
