The phone system at the Medford store is wonky so I called this location to inquire about a product. I have never spoken with a more professional person when it came to discussing my impromptu revenge needs. He listened knowledgeably and was able to suggest an alternative product which will satisfactorily satiate me.

The Magic Man is a slam dunk for many of your magic needs. It's unfortunate that the staff doesn't have same magical view of there jobs. After shopping there several times a month for a couple year's it would be nice if I didn't feel like it was my first time every time. It's the only game in town for now. Maybe the Dutch Bros could give them some pointers on customer service.

Just awful. Really liked the stuff there, but I go to open the jewelry case that isn't locked and the owner yells at us...."don't just help yourself to my jewelry, can't you read the sign?" We didn't see the tiny little sign on the other side of the case. The rudeness was off the charts and totally unacceptable. Didn't buy any of the things we picked out. I believe in voting with my dollars, and I just can't support small businesses with that unacceptable attitude.

The lady working there Tried to sell me cracked glass saying it wasnt when i saw the fractures in the bowl piece of a water pipe. She was very rude about things when i told her about the fractures and insisted that there wasnt. Not professional at all.

They have a few headies. And only that. I asked for the artist name of a rig I purchased and come to find out from a knowledgable smoke shop that the name was not close and wrong completely. Luckily so i could find more of the artists work. The other heady glass available was over priced. Great spot for "oil burners". 2 stars for the fact that someone down the line cares a small amount for the u.s. made glass and local artist. They wont admit to china glass and probably make up artist names to sell certain items.
