Wild Side Smoke Shop on 25 E 11th Ave

I’ve been in the shop multiple times and have yet to no be amazed by the staff. Always very helpful, great personable conversation, and they know how to hook it tf up. Nathan helped me go through a bunch of different downstems when I broke broke mine two days after buying a new piece and didn’t want me to leave till there was a smile on my face and a new one in hand! Will definitely be back and will continue to recommended many friends.

I was a regular customer. Had spent over 1000$ in the course of a year. I tried to exchange unopened coils that where not what I asked for(clerks mistake not mine), came back to exchange them and was told that they don’t do exchanges even after I explained I was not sold the product I asked for. And this is after I waited 15 minutes for the guy to get off the phone. I take my business to urban vapes now. Way better customer service.
