Went in last week to buy a carb cap. Ended up getting that at a nice bong. My man Chris Chronic was more than energetic and helpful. Anthony is also a great guy to talk to. Keep it up guys.

Overpriced and always trying to pull the "I'll give you a deal today only!" Tactic. Pretty lame. If they just sold decent products at a fair price they wouldn't have to wheel and deal.

Bought a piece and it broke due to too think of glass. I go back to the shop to purchase a new piece. When I got home, I see that the percs or slits were missing from it, making it impossible to pull from or even fill with water. I go to take back the defective piece, and the manager/boss instructs me to go back home to clean the piece and puts aside the new piece that I want in exchange. I come back 20 min later, and apparently it's still not clean enough. I wasn't ever able to use the piece because it did not work, there was barely any residue. After showing minor frustration with him, he fiercely hands me the new piece he put aside and tells me to 'just take it', gesturing me out of the shop. I will NEVER give them my service. Such behavior as a boss, in front of his coworkers, is unacceptable.
