My husband went in to get me a dab rig as a surprise for me. Mind you he doesn't use dabs. He told the lady in there what type it f bong I have and she hive him this rig with a glass extension. The dog is for a titanium down stem not glass. With in 2 days I was using it and it has to be heated so long that it melted the glass extension and the nail almost fell on me. So my husband trued to go un and exchange it for the correct pience but the lady in there wouldn't do anything about it even though she is the one that told him that it would work.. This place is very unprofessional and doesn't hire people with knowledge of the merchandize they are selling. So now I have ate $70 and need to spend more to get tgw correct downstem
