My rewards card was burned up in my truck. When I went and spoke to the manager I was informed I would need to get a new card and this would take a week. When I asked for a phone # to contact the rewards people I was told "All we have is an e mail address" well I sat in the parking lot and googled the rewards people. Who promptly issued me a new card with my 417 points. INSTANTLY. So the manager LIED to me twice. Bold faced LIED . Just thought I should let whoever reads this I HaTe being lied to.
