Ok section had the brand I was looking for but not the actual product. Staff was helpful and fun with her fun accents and theatrics. Pls get the black packs of smoking rolling paper. Will be returning.

Went to get some vaping products, was assisted by the large woman with dark hair. As soon as i left the store i realized i was given the wrong size coil. When i went back inside she told me that they don’t carry the coil i needed and they don’t do returns/exchanges. trust me i won’t be going back.

If you're looking for a vaporizer and want guidance, this is NOT the place! I asked if Chelsea could tell me anything useful about anything? No. She pointed to a random one at the top of the page in the book and said that would be a good beginner one. "Okay I like it, I'll take it." She looked behind the counter and doesnt even have it. She flipped back a page and chose the top one on that page and said that would be a good one as well. Didnt say anything else about the product. I read the label next to it and figured whatever, cant be too bad if someone working here is recommending it. I got home to open and try it only to feel super frustrated and annoyed. The product I ended up with is terrible, burns my bud horribly and I feel so ripped off. Get better associates that know what they're talking about and want to actually HELP customers!
