Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Always have what I need in stock. The only thing that has changed since "back in the day' is their location. Would highly recommend ;)

June 9th I visited and found the store closed. After leaving a 2 star review the owner reached out to me. He explained they closed early for medical emergency and offered a discount and small gift during my next visit. Thats commitment to earn business. When I did return the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. 10/10 would shop again!

This place is a scam n a half, the people that work there don't know technical details of products. Products are marked up 60% and they screw you over when you want to return something. Better off checking amazon or the hemp store

Excellent service, however they are not a cannabis store, they deal with cannabis paraphernalia such as pipes, papers, screens, and in my case they have menthol filters and papers since the Canadian Government took away menthol cigarettes!

Horrible customer service! I purchased a vaporizer here, it stopped working after a month. I took the device back, they told me to come back later in the week when the manager was working, he would be able to help. I returned during the specified time, no manager working, only an employee who refused to even look at the device and was more interested in his buddy who stopped by to hang out during his shift. I contacted the manager by email, who said they won’t accept returns as they have been burned by suppliers and gave me the supplier contact info. I contacted the supplier and they said they were going to speak with the manager, in an attempt to provide me the ability return to return my defective device to the store, who would be compensated by the supplier, but they refused. The Dragon doesn’t want you as customer, they just want your money. Do yourself a favour, research a shop who stands behind the products they sell, shop there and stay away from the Dragon!

This is a place of business with professional and capable sales staff that will go the extra mile for your pleasure and satisfaction. Well managed location! The only problem is there is construction going on right in front of the entrance and you cant see the place. But if you know you left from right you should be able to find it.

Standing in front of store brb 25 mins ?? Changed to a 5 Was a little salty cause hot out didn't want to wait.. understand people need to eat though ! Owner reached out quickly offered me 20% off my purchase Staff was very helpful patient.

I've been frequenting The Dragon more and more frequently as of late because of its very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Every single time I go in I'm greeted with a smile and helped as fast as possible. Half of the time I visit I end up leaving with double what I expected because of all the cool accessories I never knew I needed! The Dragon is definitely the only head shop for me.
