poor customer service. went to purchase a ticket a few days ago, ran into a fellow with his arm in a sling. an elderly woman was in front of me, completing her purchase and was getting her bags in order. the fellow looks at me, says "hey, you..want something?" great. then tells the woman to get her stuff off the counter, there's other customer. I tell her no, take your time, I'm in no hurry (nobody behind me, just 1 guy filling out his lottery forms). the guy gets pissy about that, then is very short, to the point of ignorance with myself and the next guy behind me. bad customer service. then in a couple of days later, this guy is there with another employee, and they decide to give me a "talking to". piss poor customer service, won't be buying anything there ever again. avoid at all costs.

Unfortunately I have to put a star.. If giving none was an option, that’s what I would have done... The change machine just outside the store was broken and my kids wanted to ride the rides so I went into this store to buy a bottle of water with a 20 dollar bill. The lady working here was really ignorant with me told me I couldn’t get a 10 a 5 and four loonies for my change when I ask. When I asked for a refund she proceeded to sigh, roll her eyes and slammed her cash register around and ended up giving me the change as she was complaining.. This store has awful customer service and I won’t be back. Go somewhere else people if you can I wouldn’t waste your time with such rudeness..
