Went in today to replace a broken part, and saw an open can of alcohol sitting on the display counter. His breath reeked of it. As a somewhat frequent customer I expected a lot more of the owner, and that he would at least using his own products for fun instead of liquor while on the clock. The place stinks as if he’s got fifty different incense sticks burning, his prices are much higher than online or other stores in the GTA, and lastly, isn’t reliable for recommendations. All in all, a laughable experience

Great range of products but owner is hard to communicate with, hard to get good recommendations of the wide variety of products. Great cigars for gifts.
