This place is awesome! The staff is super friendly and are very knowledgeable about all the products in the store. I've been in several times and everytime they impress me with their service and by the many products they carry. I've had some small issues with things I've bought and the girls go above and beyond to fix the problem, immediately and usually can help me out with a discount

I have been to the Kitchener Location multiple times and they have been Closed during business hours. I come from out of town so this is a huge inconvenience for me and a waste of gas (which isn't cheap). I'm seriously disappointed as I love Crazy Bills.

Only giving 3 because I just went in there bought a vector torch that was supposed to come with 2 cans of vector brand butane, I wouldn't have known if I didn't find the other cap from the butane they must've forgot to take out! Researched the torch brand and and this specific torch was indeed supposed to come with 2 complimentary cans, so they sold me an opened box item that's missing items! 😡 not cool bill!, not cool

One stop shop for everyone. Friendly staff with no pretension. Fair prices from everything including high end glass. Their selection of accessories, water pieces, vaporizers, papers, munchies, and other novelties are the best in K-W.
