Always a great experience! The staff are always friendly, helpful and very informative. I've never had a bad experience here. They don't try to push products just because they're more expensive either, they take your actual needs and budget into consideration when making suggestions and give honest opinions. Great staff; very friendly and knowledgeable. Pretty interesting how many vintage and collectable magazines they have. Price Points are high but so if the product quality.

I bought a Two Hoots shatter pen 2 years ago and it had a Lifetime warranty on it. I came into the store 2 weeks ago and got a replacement no issues. Then new pen does not work now. Owner even tried it. Brand new product but the slimeball owner lied about the company reneging on the warranty, when in fact it was him that reneged. Never had any issues until now. If horrible product why keep selling it? Owner must not like customers! I guess I'll take my business to High Times or Crazy Bills from now on, atleast they dont lie regarding their products and the price is the same. #BadOwner!
