Always love going in here! Even if its just to pop in and look around at whats new, although it can be dangerous for my budget its always nice to talk to the awesome staff, and ask about products I haven't tried or am looking to get! The manager is also super friendly (and always has the best hair and beard) and doesn't ever make you feel pressured into buying, but does make recommendations based on what you ask about of course!

It was my first visit to this location and I was very happy with the customer service that was provided to me. The guy working that day took his time to make sure that I understood all the functions of the smoking device that i wanted to purchase and made sure that he answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable about the device I wanted to buy and also offered up comparisons to similar smoking devices to make sure the one I bought was the right one for me. I never felt rushed and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. 5 stars!!!

The staff are always rad at the Georgetown location ! I've always enjoyed every visit! They are respectful and knowledgeable and eager to help! I lovvvveee there grab bags the price point is great and the product you get is worth it. The district manager Lina is great. Always love when she's in the store!
