Super awesome service, I was in and out in maybe 15 mins? I had an idea of what I was looking for but I didn’t want to spend forever looking since they have so much selection. The staff was incredibly helpful and made my shopping trip painless and easy!

Overall awesome shop. Always a blast to shop there. The guy behind the counter, I think his name is Jeremy is always helpful and a good conversation. Anybody looking for a friendly and insightful shopping experience gotta check thus place out.

I LOVE going to Rock U. The selection is AWESOME. Whenever I come here, I always have a smile on my face. The employees are super friendly and great to talk to. And very informative as well. Whenever I ask for a bong and I always get the best one that works for me and I get a full description of how good they are and what the perks of it are. I’m never disappointed when I come here. I’ve never had a lame experience. I love Rock U, and I will always continue to come here 😁😄

Walked in and asked to purchase a scale that reads three decimal points. The employee grabbed one from behind the glass display case, asked if I was okay with the color and then calibrated it. She then processed the transaction and I left. When I got home i realized that it was only a two point scale. No problem, these things happen right? I get my receipt and go back, and there is a different employee there. She explains that not only do they not have 3 point scales, they dont accept returns, I can only exchange. Why would I want to exchange a 2 point scale for another one, when I asked to purchase a 3 point and was mistakenly sold a 2 point? I would not have completed the sale if they only had 2 points instead of 3. Buyer beware.

Good all around head shop, has what you need. Although there are better places with better deals/glass on the regular. Seem to be moving to higher end glass.
