Always friendly and prompt service when I go in and get my packages. Some drinks and stamps, and other things for sale. He helped me with my first letter I had to send lol.

Totally botched the shipping of a parcel on November 7. It was already packaged with a pre-paid label, all that had to be done was scan it into the system. The clerk had trouble with that process and decided to re-enter it his own way. The result was a huge mess, it's now Regular instead of Expedited (that was paid for), marked as a return (it's not), and marked signature required (definitely not wanted, it's a small $10 item). Wasted time phoning Canada Post, they're unable to change any of these parameters once it's been accepted, so now I'm left apologizing to my customer for the messed up shipment. Definitely won't set foot in this place again.
